Dominion Hills Subdivision Phase 1 (P.U.D.)
San Antonio, Texas
Master Development Plan and Platting Services (2015)

 

This project consisted of a multi-phased single-family residential and commercial use development located within the Dominion Development in northwest San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.  The site is located within an environmental sensitive area of Bexar County and within the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone as per the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).  This project site was designed to meet and exceed current development codes.

Building Permit - Civil Plans (2015)

 

This project consisted of coordination with the Developer Design Team to include the Site Civil Construction Plans to meet and exceed the current City of San Antonio (COSA) Unified Development Code.  The project was constructed in accordance and was completed as of May 2016.

Doggett Commercial Lot Subdivision 
Laredo, Texas
Platting Services and Building Permit (2015-2016)

 

This project consisted of a commercial dead-storage parking lot which the Owner requested for their adjacent property overflow vehicular parking, located north of the intersection of Mines Road (F.M. 1472) and Loop 20 in the northwest side of Laredo, Webb County, Texas.  This project site was designed to meet and exceed current development codes.

Platting Services and Building Permit (2017-2018)

 

This project consisted of a residential and commercial lot which the Owner requested for a single family subdivision property with utilities, streets, lot locations and recreation areas. The property is located in the intersection of Hasbrook Street and Swans Landing Street in the northwest side of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. This project site was designed to meet and exceed current development codes.

The property is located in between Scenic Loop Road and Manroch Road in the northwest side of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. This project site was designed to meet and exceed current development codes.
