On June 12, 2012, ISRO GROUP, L.L.C. was established from an idea to provide professional engineering and construction management services for clients in the fields of Land Development, Public Work, Water / Wastewater Systems, and Construction Management. For the past nine (9) years, ISRO GROUP, L.L.C., has been serving a multitude of clients and successfully met their project needs.
Juan G. Rodriguez is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas with more than 20 years of engineering experience in the fields of Land Development, Public Works, Water/Wastewater Systems and Construction Management. Mr. Rodriguez previously worked in the private and public sector in San Antonio and Laredo, Texas. Working with teams from small and larger firms has allowed Mr. Rodriguez to successfully manage multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion.

Jim Pedraza is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas with more than 30 years of engineering experience in the fields of Land Development, Public Works, Water/Wastewater Systems and Construction Management. Mr. Pedraza previously worked in the private and public sector in San Antonio, Texas. He has been managing teams from small and large firms such as San Antonio Water Systems. That has allowed Mr. Pedraza to successfully manage multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion.

Roberto Rodriguez is a professional CAD Lead Designer and Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in drafting and design in various engineering and surveying projects. Mr. Rodriguez has worked with various employers as a surveying technician and designer. His experience with various types of projects allows Mr. Rodriguez to be a diverse and efficient for any client's project needs.
